About This Recipe:
Hot honey pizza is taking over the country, but there’s no reason that tofu can’t be as fun as pizza. This hot honey tofu is just the thing to spice up your weeknight. I of course use Frank’s Red Hot buffalo sauce, because it tastes good on everything from chicken wings to tofu. I love having these leftovers after dinner to pack up for the office the next day, and all you need is a side of rice for a delicious meal.
Enjoy!

-2 tbls honey
-1 tbl rice wine vinegar

Instructions (30 minutes)
1. Place the tofu on paper towels, and carefully press out any excess liquid. Then slice the tofu into 1 inch cubes.
2. Add the cornstarch to a large, shallow dish. Toss the tofu cubes in the cornstarch.
3. In a small bowl, combine the buffalo sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, and soy sauce.
