
About This Recipe:
Olive tapenade is a simple topping that will make any meal special and delicious. I chose to put it on baked swordfish, but it would also be amazing on grilled chicken, vegetables, etc. It is super easy and quick to make if you have a food processor, or you can of course spend a few minutes chopping everything by hand. Hopefully these are also ingredients that you already have in the pantry or fridge.

Ingredients (4 servings)
-1/3 cup green olives
-1/3 cup Kalamata olives
-1 tbl capers
-2 garlic cloves
-1/4 cup parsley
-1/2 lemon, juiced
Instructions (5 minutes)
1. In a food processor, add in the garlic cloves and mince. Then add in the remaining ingredients and pulse until finely chopped.
