Green Goddess dressing is the trendiest dressing to hit social media, and one taste explains why. This dressing is creamy, tangy, and full of flavorful herbs. I have seen a ton of varieties- some have mayonnaise or sour cream instead of Greek yogurt, and some have different herbs such as tarragon or mint. I’m not sure what the official version is, but this combination of Greek yogurt and parsley, dill, and chives is my favorite. It tastes good on everything from vegetables to chicken to tortilla chips!

Ingredients (4 servings)
-1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
-1/2 cup parsley
-1/4 cup dill
-1/4 cup chives
-1/2 lemon, juiced
-2 tbls olive oil
-Salt and pepper
Instructions (5 minutes)
1. In a small blender or food processor, add in the parsley, dill, chives, lemon juice, and olive oil. Pulse until the herbs are finely chopped.
2. Stir in the Greek yogurt, and season with salt and pepper. Serve with your favorite vegetables.
