About This Recipe:
It’s safe to say that many people are skeptical of tofu because of it’s “bland” flavor, but this recipe might change their minds! This chili lime sauce adds a lot of great flavor and tang to the tofu, and the tofu absorbs it like a sponge. I like to eat this with jasmine rice and Asian slaw, using the same dressing as the tofu. This recipe is super healthy, vegan, and a great weekday dinner idea.
Enjoy!

-12 oz extra firm tofu (1 package)
Chili lime sauce:

2. Cut the tofu into rectangles that are 1/4- 1/2 inch thick.
3. Stir together all of the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
4. Arrange the tofu on a lined baking sheet. Baste with the sauce and bake at 425 degrees F for 25 minutes. Reserve the rest of the sauce to use as a dipping sauce.
